Staple Fiber Geotextile for High Strength and Malleability in Complex Surfaces
Product Introduction
Short fiber geotechnical fabric is mainly made of polypropylene or polyester short fibers. It goes through processes such as opening, combing, and spreading, then the fibers are reinforced by needling (needling with hooks, repeatedly puncturing the fiber web during the process to reinforce it by hooking fibers). The final product is a fabric, usually 2-6 meters wide.
Product Properties
The production process of short fiber geotechnical fabric is relatively simple. It is made into a fabric through processes such as loosening, combing, tangling (short fibers intertwine with each other), laying the web (standardized knotting and fixation), needling, etc., using non-woven production equipment.

Isolation: Short fiber geotechnical fabric can be used to isolate building materials with different physical properties (such as particle size, distribution, consistency, and density), such as soil and sand, soil and concrete, etc. This prevents the loss and mixing of more than two materials, maintains the overall structure and function of the materials, and enhances the load-bearing capacity of the structures.
